I had recently purchased an investment property and was in need of some major plumbing work to be done. I got several quotes and J&S were very competitive. I contacted them on Thursday, they said they would be there Monday 7am. They turned up on time, got straight into it. installed a new hot water system, a new gas cook top, and pressure booster. finished and cleaned up by 12.30pm, very impressive, and very happy with the results. tenant was happy, property management happy. would recommend to anyone needing a true professional.

I contacted Jon about a leaking shower and a leaking outside tap. To fix the tap he had to break concrete to get to it, but was able to save the underground infrastructure. He also showed me a photo from under the house where my toilet wasn't connected properly. Four hours later he had replaced the outside tap by installing new copper pipe and a tap, fixed the shower, replaced the end of a drain that wasn't connected under the concrete which he didn't know about until he broke the concrete, and fixed the sewage connection. I can't believe he got it all done in four hours and his invoice reflected that. Easily the best experience I've ever had with a tradie and cannot recommend him enough. Just brilliant.
